On this day when we give thanks, the operative word is to give. Many families in my hometown (and neighboring areas) have been displaced from their homes and have lost everything due to Hurricane Sandy. So on this day, we ask you to donate to those in need – you can see a list of ways to help, volunteer and donate here… and for that kind gesture we give you thanks.
